7 Ways to Improve Your Health

With our lives being so ram packed full of commitments we never have time to do what we ant or to focus on our health. We all know this is not true. The real issue is we do not prioritise on the real issues we need to do. We waste our time being busy being busy. We allow our lives to fill with what is superficial and avoid the important stuff. Below are 7 tips that can be easily incorporated into our lives to better manage our time


1. Take time to breathe. Stop, take a deep breath and let all the tension go on the out-breath. It is a great way to reduce our stress loading. Simple take time regularly to take a deep breath, hold, then let it all go.


2. Drink up to 3 litres of water each day. Drink it slowly and consistently. All systems in the body needs water


3. Once a week check your pH. It it the simplest way to manage your health. If we become to acidic it is an indication we need to make some changes


4. Go for a walk. This one will kill ;-)))). Park the car as far as you can from your destination and walk. If you are at the shops, go to the furtherest car-park and walk. I know of very few people wh have died doing this.


5. Turn off the TV or computer and sit down and communicate. This will be really weird as you find there are some interesting people in your life.


6. Practice an attitude of gratitude. Find the gold in every situation.


7. Choose Love in every action and interaction in your life.


Each of these steps is achievable, with some practice. Try for yourself.
