We really can get caught up in being busy for no particular reason. It is like we board a train and it just keeps going. It is just not going anywhere we need to be right now.
Spending time in nature, with family, the kids, whatever is your highest value is where we would be best putting our time and effort.
I filmed the clip in the forest the other day as i was walking to clear my head and get the creative juices flowing again.
